Growing Plants, from Farm to Kitchen
From microgreens, to hops, we’re growing a variety of culinary plants, including a lot of different herbs and a variety of strawberries. As you can see from the photos, we grow in media like perlite in containers called Dutch Buckets. The lights are suspended over the hops. The hops grow up the long lines, wrapping themselves around and around, clockwise.
