Charcuterie Jams

While our page is under construction we have we have set up a temporary list of all our jams. Our plan is to have an order online system which can be picked up at the market. While this is being completed we thank you for your patience. 

Black Gold  – Slow-roasted black garlic and fire-roasted red peppers. Deep, smoky sweetness with a subtle tang.  Pair with: Seared steak, grilled mushrooms, any cheese.

Cranberry Pear – Tart cranberries and sweet pears. Bright and fruit-forward. Pair with: Brie, Havarti, white cheddar, turkey panini.

Dill Pickle – A garlic-dill pickle reinvented. Sweet-savory, herbaceous, totally unexpected. Pair with: Cheese, wings, popcorn.

Hot Jalapeño – Fully ripened, red jalapeños and peppers bring real heat. Bold, tangy, memorable.

Pair with: Wings, smoked chicken, sharp cheese.

Cherry Pepperbox –  Dark cherries and hot peppers balanced perfectly. Sweet, bold, and beautifully hot.  Pair with: Aged cheddar, blue cheese, roast beef sandwiches.

Smoked Apple Bourbon Fire-roasted apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, chipotle, bourbon. Sultry, smokey, and versatile. Pair with: Smoked cheddar, ribs, pork chops, grilled turkey sandwiches.

Raspberry Heat Bright raspberries with a lively kick. Addictive and balanced. Pair with: Creamy or sharp cheeses, cocktail meatballs, grilled meats.

Strawberry Thai Basil Juicy strawberries with the anise-kissed spice of Thai Basil. Familiar yet fresh. Pair with; Brie, cream cheese, croissant sandwiches.

Honey Garlic Local honey, seared garlic, and orange pepper in sweet-savory harmony. Pair with: Aged Gouda, cream cheese, ribs, rice bowls.

Savory Onion Slow-cooked onions, balsamic vinegar, and herbs. Pair with: Aged cheddar, goat cheese, Brie, and pate.

Savory Fig Figs with red onion, red wine, balsamic, and brandy. Lush and elegant. Pair with: Creamy or nutty cheeses, panini, charcuterie.

Oven Roasted Pepper Caramelized bell peppers with habanero, jalapeño, and chilies. Smoky, spicy, balanced. Pair with: Cream cheese, aged cheddar, wings, shrimp, roasted vegetables.

Fortified Cherry Port wine, dark cherries, garlic, and jalapeño for warmth and richness. Pair with: Blue cheese, Gorgonzola, steak bites, duck.

Rosemary Intenso Pinot Grigio infused with fresh rosemary and garlic. Aromatic and bold. Pair with: Brick cheeses, pork chops, roasted potatoes.

Spiced Rhubarb Rhubarb, rosemary, ginger, jalapeño, and sherry. Bright, savory, aromatic. Pair with: Brie, Emmental, grilled cheese, roast pork, vegetables.

Peppery Peach Juicy peaches, red onion, jalapeño, brandy, and sweet basil. Complex and bright. Pair with: Havarti, goat cheese, grilled meats, sandwiches.

Merlot / Malbec (rotating) Rich wine jelly with soft berry notes and a smooth finish. Pair with: Aged cheddar, blue cheese, lamb, duck.

Wine Jellies (Rosé, Sauvignon Blanc) Delicate, elegant jellies crafted for cheese pairings. Pair with: Camembert, Brie, mature cheeses.

Toast and Tea Jams

Amaretto Saskatoon – Rich Saskatoon berries – sweet, earthy, and just a touch wild, simmered down with a splash of Amaretto to bring out their almond notes and deepen the flavour. Swirl into oatmeal or yogurt for a grown-up take on a childhood favorite.

Blackberry Alexander – Lush, sun-ripened blackberries are paired with a touch of dark chocolate and a warming splash of brandy in this elegant toast jam inspired by the classic cocktail. Rich and silky with a just-right balance of tart and sweet, it’s perfect for breakfast yet easily dresses up a stack of crepes

Blueberry Maple – Rich, plump blueberries meet the deep, caramel sweetness of pure maple syrup in this comforting, small-batch preserve. Perfect spooned over golden waffles or pancakes, stirred into yogurt, or layered in a decadent dessert.

Raspberry Tart – A jar of pure tea house charm. Plump, tangy raspberries meet the warm, nutty fragrance from almond flavouring, echoing the flavour of a classic English Bakewell Tart. Its the kind of jam you’d expect to find on a tiered cake stand beside buttery scones.

Cherry Whiskey Jam – Deep, rich cherries with a splash of smooth Cherry Whiskey creates a jam that feels both familiar and a little indulgent – like a grown-up version of the cherry preserves you remember from childhood breakfasts. Perfect for mornings on warm toast, yet just as home draped over vanilla ice cream or a slice of chocolate cake. Pair with soft cheeses like brie, or mascarpone. Stir into plain yogurt for a decadent twist.

Cinnamon Toast – Bursting with warm, spicy cinnamon and a hint of nostalgia, this jam is inspired by the old-time candy “Chicken Bones”. Made with a tart crabapple base, it’s a favorite of children – both young and young at heart. Spread generously over hot, buttered English muffins for a cozy treat any time of day.

Country Crabapple – An old-time favourite that can be hard to find these days. Country Crabapple delivers a perfect balance of sweet and tart in every spoonful. Made with handpicked crabapples. A true taste of tradition, captured in a jar.

Old-Fashioned Strawberry – Plump strawberries cooked just the way grandma might have – slowly, with care, so every spoonful is rich with sun-ripened flavour. A hint of vanilla lingers in the background, making the sweet, chunky fruit luscious.

Rhubarb Vanilla Bean – The taste of early summer, straight from the garden. Our own tender, homegrown rhubarb is simmered gently with fragrant vanilla and flecks of real vanilla bean, softening rhubarb’s tart edge into smooth.

Grape Cordial – Bright Concorde Grapes with a splash of orange juice. This jam is deeply fruity with the contrast of citrus.

Nana’s Apple Pie – This customer favorite tastes like it came straight from the family kitchen, With tender apples and the warm spices of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, this jam captures the comfort of a homemade apple pie cooling on the counter.

Strawberry Mimosa Brunch in a jar. Slices of juicy strawberries mingle with bright orange juice and a splash of champagne for a jelly that sparkles with flavour.

Sweet Peach – Made with fresh, juicy BC peaches at the height of the season, this jam captures the golden sweetness of late summer in every spoonful. A splash of Drambuie adds a delicate honeyed warmth.

Rhuberry Jam – A spirited twist on the classic strawberry – rhubarb pairing. With more rhubarb than strawberry, this jam balances bright tartness with the soft sweetness of ripe berries. Brown sugar adds a mellow, caramel warmth, while a splash of Moscato Rose lends a gentle sparkle of fruit and floral notes.

Vanilla Pear – Soft, ripe Bosc pears cooked slowly with golden honey and fragrant vanilla to create a jam that feels like a warm hug in every bite. The gentle sweetness and silky texture make it a perfect companion to cream scones.
